The JConcepts steering bellcrank system for the RC10B7 | RC10B7D allows the driver to adjust the height of the steering rack ball-stud instead of the bellcrank system. This provides quicker adjustments with less disassembly. The steering rack features a steel insert that can be positioned in an upper or lower setting, mimicking the standard adjustment of moving the bellcranks up or down. The all-metal, machined parts combine to form a solid and easily adjustable package.

Another feature is a new pick-up point for the steering arm. The steering arm, connecting the servo to the bellcranks, can now be moved to a position with more mechanical hold or power. A tall ball-stud and button head screw allow placement of this new point above the rack. To use this position, some top-deck material must be removed for full steering throw, and a 0 offset servo horn (not included) is required to position the ball-stud further back.

The stock position is also retained, allowing standard hardware to be used for assembly. The AE kit-supplied bearings and steering hat bushings are required to complete the build. Once assembled, the new steering kit provides quick tuning options and new features previously unavailable.

The JConcepts steering rack and bellcranks are CNC-manufactured for precise fit. They are anodized in either lustering blue or stealth black and finished with laser markings and chamfered edges. Titanium stand-offs screw into the bulkhead, allowing lightweight and smooth pivoting of the bellcranks. Steel ball-stud inserts provide a secure assembly using standard components. 3mm hardware, tall ball-studs, and locknuts complete this high-performance assembly.
