EDGE™ is a line of replicas by Specna Arms that combines an array of solutions and technologies hard to find in other replicas on the market. It is a series that focuses on very good craftsmanship, solutions that improve versatility, extend the replica’s lifetime, simplify malfunction diagnostics, and enable power tuning. Straight out of the box, the replica does not require any modification, but if needed, they are simple to make.
The replica features complete, licensed markings from firearms manufacturer Rock River Arms, known for high-quality AR-15 carbines. Founded in 1996 by the Larson brothers, RRA is based in Colona, Illinois. It supplies AR-15 carbines to the DEA, FBI, and US Marshals.
Every element of the replica is made with attention to detail. The body has a Nano Coating to prevent scratches and features deeply engraved Rock River Arms markings, an individual serial number, and an additional hologram. Notable features include the QD pistol grip for easy motor access and a double-sided sling loop for a tactical sling attachment.
The SA-E02 carbine replica is equipped with a short polymer handguard. The barrel has a muzzle device on a 14 mm CCW thread. The top RIS rail includes a transport handle with an aperture sight.
The carbine has a factory-fitted MOSFET X-ASR module by Polish manufacturer GATE, improving trigger response and extending the lifespan of electronics and the battery. The MOSFET also diagnoses basic malfunctions with integrated status lights.
The replica has a precision barrel (6.03 mm) for high accuracy and repeatability. It works with a new type of Hop-Up rotary chamber for precise BB spin adjustment.
With the ESA™ Quick Spring Exchange System, the power of the replica can be adjusted quickly without special tools. This allows for easy tuning to suit different game conditions. The package includes an additional M90 spring for indoor use.
The heart of the replica is the ORION gearbox with a reinforced frame and spring release function. The gearbox is ready for M140 springs and includes:
